Privacy policy

Who we are

Reseller Club is run by RDW Consulting Group Ltd (company number 13949791, registered office Tb3 Little Tapnage, Titchfield Lane, Fareham, Hampshire, PO17 5PQ). We decide how your details are used, so we are responsible for them under UK data protection law. Questions about your details: thomas@rdw-group.com.

What we keep

• If you join our email list: your email address, where on the page you signed up, and when.
• If you answer the optional questions: your first name, your monthly sales, the platforms you sell on, your biggest challenge, and whether you're interested in 1:1 mentoring.
• If you become a member: your name, email address and membership status, which Whop shares with us. Whop takes your payment; we don't see your card details.
• When you visit the site: our hosting provider keeps short-term technical logs, such as your IP address and browser, to keep the site running and secure.

We don't use advertising trackers and we don't sell your details.

Why we use it

• Emails about Reseller Club: tips, news and offers, because you asked for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email.
• Making emails useful: your optional answers help us send you what fits your stage. You don't have to give them.
• Running your membership: giving you access to coaching, the community and member prices. We need this to provide what you've paid for.
• Keeping the site safe: technical logs help us stop abuse and fix problems. This is in our legitimate interests.
• Legal duties: keeping records we must keep, such as for tax.

Who we share it with

Only companies that run parts of Reseller Club for us, and only so they can do that job:

• Klaviyo: sends our emails and stores the email list.
• Whop: sells and manages memberships and takes payments. Whop's own privacy policy also applies to your Whop account.
• Vercel: hosts this website.
• Google Fonts: supplies the fonts on this site, so your browser sends your IP address to Google when the page loads.

Some of these companies handle details outside the UK. When they do, we rely on the protections UK law requires, such as approved contract terms.

How long we keep it

• Email list: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep only your email address on a "do not email" list, so we don't email you again by mistake.
• Membership records: while you're a member, then up to six years for tax and accounting.
• Technical logs: for a short time only, as set by our hosting provider.

Cookies

This website doesn't set any cookies of its own. Whop uses its own cookies when you go to checkout or sign in there.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:

• give you a copy of your details
• correct details that are wrong
• delete your details
• stop or limit how we use them, or object to it
• give you your details in a format you can take elsewhere

Email thomas@rdw-group.com and we'll reply within a month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy in an important way, we'll tell members and email-list subscribers by email. The rules for membership are in our terms.
