About Reseller Club

Reseller Club is a monthly membership for UK resellers, run by RDW Consulting Group Ltd. Membership includes:

• access to our supplier platform, where you can chat directly with vetted wholesalers
• member-only stock prices
• weekly live coaching calls
• the private members' community
• pricing and listing templates
• monthly trend reports

The supplier platform has its own terms of use, which you agree to when you first sign in. 1:1 mentoring isn't included. It's a separate service by application, with its own terms.

Joining and paying

• You join and pay through Whop, the platform that sells and manages our memberships. Whop's terms also apply to your Whop account and the checkout.
• Membership costs £35 a month. You pay when you join, then on the same date each month until you cancel.
• The price shown at checkout is what you pay.
• If we change the price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, so you can cancel first if you want to.
• You must be 18 or over to join.

Cancelling

• You can cancel at any time in your Whop account. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee.
• When you cancel, you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the month you've already paid for.
• If you can't cancel in Whop, email thomas@rdw-group.com and we'll do it for you.

Refunds

Your 14-day right to cancel. If you join as a consumer (for yourself, not mainly for your business), UK law gives you 14 days from the day you join to change your mind. Your access starts straight away, so if you cancel within those 14 days we'll refund what you paid, minus a fair amount for the days you had access. To use this right, email thomas@rdw-group.com within the 14 days.

After that. Monthly payments aren't refunded for part-months. You keep access until the end of the month you've paid for.

If something goes wrong on our side. If we can't provide the membership as described, tell us. We'll fix it or give you a fair refund. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.

Member stock and bulk orders

Buying stock is separate from your membership. Member prices, delivery and returns for each order are shown or agreed when you buy. Bulk loads such as bales, pallets and containers are priced on request.

When you buy from a wholesaler on the supplier platform, your contract is with that wholesaler, and you pay them directly. We check wholesalers before we list them, but we don't guarantee any order.

Coaching and results

Our coaching, templates and reports are general guidance to help you run your reselling business. They aren't financial, tax or legal advice. Results shown on our site are individual and not typical. What you earn depends on your time, effort, stock and market conditions, and we can't promise any income.

Community rules

Keep the club a good place to be. Don't:

• harass, mislead or abuse anyone
• spam, or sell to members without our permission
• buy or sell counterfeit, stolen or illegal goods
• share call recordings, templates, reports or the supplier list outside the club
• share your account with anyone else

If you break these rules, we can remove posts, or suspend or end your membership.

Our content

Calls, recordings, templates, reports and the supplier list belong to us or the people who made them. You can use them for your own business while you're a member. You can't copy, resell or publish them.

Changes to the club

We may change what's in the club over time, such as call times or the content we share. If we make a big change that's worse for you, we'll tell you, and you can cancel. We may update these terms; if a change is important, we'll email you before it applies.

Our responsibility

We'll provide the membership with reasonable care and skill. We're not responsible for business losses such as lost profit, or for losses we couldn't reasonably have expected. Nothing in these terms limits responsibility that the law doesn't allow us to limit, such as for death or injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
